refund Policies

Please read the following Refund or Return Policies as listed below

 

Herd Memberships (The Wild Herd and Moon's Wisdom Herd):

Herd Memberships are monthly membership. Your credit card will be billed each month at the first of the month until you give Kathy Pike a two-week advance notice that you would like to discontinue your membership. If you miss any calls you will have access to a recording of the call to listen to on your own through downloading MP3 files. This membership does not replace any EFLC training programs. They are designed to help support one’s growth in this special line of work and in their relationship with others and their horses. There are no refunds for past months of membership.

 

Weekend and One Day Horse Wisdom Programs:

Programs have limited space. A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration. Full payment is due two weeks before program start, Cancellations three weeks before workshop date receive 50% refund, no refunds after that. If you can not attend you may find someone else to fill your spot.

 

EFLC Levels One through Three-- Weeklong Training programs:

A $500 deposit is due at the time you register.

If you must cancel, the $500 deposit is not refundable.

If you cancel with a 45 day or greater notice, full refund, less deposit is given.

If you cancel within 45 days of program, 50% of total tuition (less deposit) is refunded

Within 14 days of your program, sorry but absolutely no refund will be given. No exceptions will be granted to this above policy.

Please note: We are sorry but injury or illness does not disqualify you from our cancellation policies. Deposits are not transferable or any other payment from one year to the next.

We reserve the right to cancel programs with inadequate enrollment. In this case all monies paid to Kathy Pike of Horse Wisdom Programs will be fully refunded.
